On this page, you will find everything you need to know in terms of your contract's sponsorship deliverables and deadlines for the 2024 event.
Guide to Your 2024 Sponsorship Deliverables
Please click on the relevant Marketing Deliverable below, as set out in your contract, for more information about deadlines and specifications.
Push Notifications
In your contract, you may be provided with a number of push notifications that will be sent from the official event app to attendees during the event.
Final Deadline to send through copy: 4 November 2024
Please provide the following:
- Headline – no more than 12 words
- Copy – 1 or two sentences
- Link – preferred URL where we will send the push notification to. This can be your website URL, networking app company profile, speaking session or speaker profile.
- Time and day you would like the push notification sent out. Please note that we will try keep to your preferred time as much as possible but cannot guarantee it will go out as specified.
Pre-event Promotional HTML
Your contract may entitle you to a pre-event HTML, promoting your presence at Africa Tech Festival 2024.
We've created a spreadsheet where you can secure your preferred date for the HTML which you can view below. The spreadsheet will be filled on a first come, first served basis.*
Specifications:
- Please provide email in HTML format – no other version will be accepted
- Subject line: No more than 12 words
- First reference of Africa Tech Festival needs to be linked to the event website
- Please provide any internal email addresses that the email needs to be sent to.
- We can’t guarantee that the email will be sent to them if they have received another email from us in the past 24 hours or have registered for the event, but we will still include the names.
- You will need to provide the HTML at least one week before the send date. If you haven't done so, we will not be able to send it on your allocated date. It will need to be rescheduled for AFTER the event has run.
Onsite Interviews
In your contract, you may be entitled to an onsite Interview with your nominated spokesperson conducted by the Africa Tech Festival team onsite.
Specifications:
- Interviewee’s first and last name, job title and company name (as you would like it shown on video)
- Interviewee’s email address
- Interviewee’s contact number or PA’s contact number
- Please provide the date and time of the interviewees speaking session (if applicable)
- Once we have this information, we will send over information about the interview to the Interviewee such as, date and time (a calendar invite will also be sent) and interview pointers
Deadline date for Interview Details: 25 October 2024
Pre-event Survey
We have sent you a pre-event survey where you can let us know about your objectives and expectations for Africa Tech Festival 2024. Our Team will strive to support your preparation to ensure your needs, and in turn your ROI, are best served.
The survey will come from surveys@mailer.explori.com and should take no longer than a few minutes to complete.
Please complete before 31 October 2024.
Social Media Promotion
In your contract, you may be entitled to a number of social media posts to promote your involvement in the event.
Final Deadlines to through copy*:
