DirectEd Development is a social impact startup dedicated to identifying and nurturing the top 0.1% of talent in sub-Saharan Africa. We provide high-potential students with access to essential hardware, world-class education, and exposure to a vast network of industry professionals in emerging technologies. Our innovative approach focuses on bridging skill gaps in the US and European tech sectors.

Our educational model emphasizes hands-on learning, with 70% of our curriculum delivered through apprenticeships. Students work collaboratively to develop software for early-stage founders in the West, equipping them with practical experience and enhancing their employability.
