Talos was born out of experience — not only theory. For more than 30 years, a team of 20 EHS and Operations professionals from Dow, DuPont, BASF, TESLA, Saudi Aramco, Sasol and Corteva Agriscience worked inside some of the world's most demanding industrial environments — chemical plants, manufacturing sites, and global operations where even a small oversight could change a life forever. Across continents and companies, one truth kept repeating: The people who cared the most were carrying the heaviest load. Digital systems kept getting bigger, but not better. Workflows were bloated. Event classifications were inconsistent. Critical data was scattered, unstructured, and nearly impossible to trust. Teams spent hours — sometimes days — building reports that still didn't give leaders what they needed. With more than 300 years of combined experience, these practitioners saw the same gaps everywhere. Talos was created to fix that — and to honor the people who keep operations safe, steady, and human test.
