The Digital for Development (D4D) Hub strengthens digital cooperation between the EU, its Member States (Team Europe), and partners in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the EU neighbourhood. Guided by the Global Gateway, it promotes a human-centric digital transformation by fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration, boosting investments, facilitating dialogue, and enhancing coordination.
